AZİN CONSTRUCTION plans to build a modern hotel and recreation center complex in the city of Kalbajar. The project serves the development of the region's tourism potential and the provision of high-level services to visitors.

The complex includes: a hotel building, rest and entertainment areas, a SPA and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sports facilities, restaurants, and cafes. Additionally, landscaped walking paths, rest corners, and decorative ponds are planned to be created on the territory.

The architectural solutions are adapted to the natural landscape of Kalbajar and are designed in a modern style. The facade solutions reflect a synthesis of local construction traditions with contemporary trends.

The facility, named "Hotel and Recreation Center Complex," aims to contribute to the development of Kalbajar city's infrastructure, the expansion of tourism opportunities in the region, and the creation of new jobs. The project is part of the initiatives aimed at the revival of the liberated territories under the motto "Kalbajar is Azerbaijan."
