<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The renovation and reconstruction works at <strong>Khankendi Stadium</strong>, located at 8 Shamsi Badalbeyli Street, Khankendi, were carried out at the request of the <strong>Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan</strong>.</p> <p>The project was implemented in accordance with the <strong>UEFA Stadium Infrastructure Regulations (2025 edition)</strong> and the relevant supplementary requirements.</p> <p>The stadium was prepared to host competitions as part of the <strong>3rd CIS Games</strong>, hosted by Azerbaijan. The competitions were held at Khankendi City Stadium, with <strong>40 athletes from 7 countries</strong> participating in the tournament.</p>]]></content:encoded>
